About Chélie-Renée
I’m Chelie‑Renee Elsom, founder of One Planet’s Worth (OPW). I bring 15+ years in education and 5+ years in nonprofit operations, where I learned to communicate complex ideas in plain language, organize projects with clear scopes and timelines, and support teams to work smoothly together.
I blend sustainability know‑how with practical digital systems and facilitation—turning goals into right‑sized plans, aligning stakeholders, and documenting everything so staff and volunteers can confidently run with it.
I have three lovely children, a wonderful husband, and three energetic dogs. I am deeply connected to nature and love spending time outside. Whether foraging for mushrooms, taking photos, hiking, or just relaxing – any time spent in nature is time well spent.
My background spans education, environmental practice and sustainability and environmental communications, with hands‑on experience supporting nonprofits, community groups, and small municipalities.
Focus areas: Sustainability advisory, climate‑aligned communications, WordPress/CRM setup and upkeep, volunteer/member engagement, and training.
How clients describe working with me: Calm, organized, pragmatic, and easy to collaborate with — a partner who delivers and documents.
